Fall has arrived at Walther Gardens, and we’re celebrating with one of our favorite traditions of the year. Join us Sunday, September 27th from 12–4pm for our Fourth Annual Harvest Fest at The Margaret Cleveland.
Spend the afternoon with us celebrating ALL THINGS FALL with seasonal plants and pumpkins, live jazz, Fall treats, family activities, complimentary demonstrations and plenty of inspiration for welcoming the season into your home and garden.
ALL THINGS FALL
The garden will be filled with the colors and textures of the season. Shop our collection of Fall Mums, Ornamental Peppers, Gourds, Pumpkins, Fall Perennials, Natives and seasonal plants, along with Fall finds for the home and garden throughout The Margaret Cleveland.
Whether you’re refreshing your front porch, planting containers for the cooler months or simply looking for the perfect pumpkins, we’ll have everything you need to welcome Fall.
LIVE JAZZ WITH ED HRYBYK
Settle in and enjoy live jazz with Ed Hrybyk throughout the afternoon.
Wander the gardens, shop for Fall, grab something delicious and stay awhile. Harvest Fest is meant to be enjoyed at an easy Sunday pace.
FALL TREATS FROM HEART IN HAND
Heart in Hand will be joining us with seasonal treats and baked goods, including their insanely delicious Apple Cider Donuts with Maple Glaze.
A little advice from experience: get here early for the donuts. They go quickly.
FREE ALL THINGS FALL DEMONSTRATIONS WITH CHRIS
Throughout the afternoon, Chris will be sharing some of his favorite ways to bring the season home with three complimentary demonstrations.
1PM | THE ART OF FALL CONTAINER PLANTING
Learn how to layer seasonal plants, textures and colors to create Fall containers that feel abundant, interesting and beautiful throughout the season.
2PM | FALL WREATH & BOW MAKING
Learn the elements of creating a beautiful seasonal wreath along with techniques for making the perfect Fall bow to finish it.
3PM | FALL FOREVER FLORALS
Discover how to create beautiful Fall arrangements using dried and everlasting botanicals for seasonal displays that last well beyond the day they’re made.
All demonstrations are free to attend. Simply join us in the garden at the scheduled time.
SOMETHING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
Harvest Fest is a day for everyone. Bring the kids and enjoy pumpkin decorating, Fall crafts and family games throughout the afternoon.
There’s plenty to explore, plenty to make and plenty of room to simply enjoy being outside together on a Fall Sunday.
ONE LAST SNOWBALL AT THE PEGGY
And because Baltimore weather doesn’t always know when Fall begins, The Peggy will be open for one final day of Snowballs for the season.
